Our tour starts with a short visit to local food market where you will be able to sample and buy fresh fruits, vegetables and protein for your menu, according to the Chef’s buying list. Then go back to our kitchen where the chef will give you some tips and explain the history about the dish you have chosen to prepare. Learn and take notes of the recipes before you get to taste them. Enjoy your own made local and traditional meal with your companion.
