Half day Wine Experience

The climate at 2400 m above sea level is a perpetual spring. Even though, this region does not have very hot or very cold temperatures, there is a broad variation of temperature between daytime and nighttime. Nevertheless, a major challenge has been to experiment with approximately 30 viniferous grape varieties to understand which varieties would be appropriate for Ecuadorian weather. 15 years later this is the result!
